The card that broke containment is Captain Kirk, Boldly Going (TRC #85), a three-mana Bant legend with vigilance that pumps Spacecraft creatures by +3/+3 and, on entry or attack, tutors a basic land or a card named Starship Enterprise. It surfaced through a Reddit leak before appearing in the July 14 First Look, and it is now listed on Scryfall.

Notably, it is not the face commander of Landing Party — it is a deck insert.
